President Trump has decided to go in for what he feels would be a fool proof Iron Dome for the US. The cost for an enterprise of this magnitude would be tens
If not hundreds of billion dollars.
What President Trump does not know but the Pentagon knows is that Russians will not sit idly by.
Their matching research will ensure full penetration. In fact they do not have to wait for that stage. Currently with expanded MIRVs and MARVs the myriads of platelets will penetrate the planned Iron Dome. A swarm of hundreds MIRVs and MARVs will paralyse the planned shield or successor iron domes.
Knowing this why will the US military go ahead with it. The Military Industrial Complex sees it as an unbelievable bonanza. Besides the enormous outlays within, the new system will be sold to Europe, South Korea, Japan, Australia, The Philippines and Saudi Arabia to begin with. India will feel obliged to jump in sooner or later.
Not to be left behind the People's Republic of China has decided to go in for a gigantic underground government complex that would not only withstand 2000 pounds bunker bursting US bombs but even nuclear strikes. Here again the folly is incomprehensible. Should the US decide to wage a nuclear war on China they have the capacity to devastate China with megaton range weapons available with them in abundance.
Under this scenario what exactly will the ruling Chinese hierarchy do in their safe solitary splendor.
Just two examples have been given above of marching headlong towards folly. There are likely to be others.
Looking ahead main Ingredients
1. Reform of the UN Security Council
2. No War Pact between the big three on the global stage.
3. Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals.
4. Setting up planetary revival global agencies under UN mandate
UN Security Council reform.
Under this a Supreme
Planetary Council (SPC) with overriding Veto power would be set up to oversee the interest of the planet as a whole as well as the interest of coming generations.
Simultaneously the five veto powers would lose their veto except in the case of threat to their mainland national territory.
The selection, functioning and turnover of the SPC have been spelled out in Third Millennium Equipoise*. Briefly an updated version envisages the forwarding of fifteen names from Nobel Prize winners post the year 2000 CE
by every member of the UN to the General Assembly of the UN.
The plenary session of the UN General Assembly will then choose eleven names from the few thousand names received and prominently displayed. The eleven persons so selected shall then constitute the first SPC.
The SPC
functioning, tenure and replacement pattern will also be decided by the first UN General Assembly that makes the selections.
It should also lay down the date when it would again meet after five years to review the functioning of the first SPC.
No Nuclear War Pact between the Big Three Powers.
A tripartite agreement between the big three powers USA, Russia and China on non use of Nuclear weapons on each other's continental national territories.
With such an agreement in force Russia and the United States would reduce their nuclear weapons to 500 each while China would stop increasing their holding.
An agreement of this nature will ensure that devastation on a planetary scale never takes place. India as a major power should also ratify the tripartite agreement. Moreover the big four will thereafter be able to use sufficient pressure to ensure that the remaining lesser nuclear weapons countries are gradually brought in line through coercion, security guarantees and in the case of North Korea with large scale financial assistance.

Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals

Although it would appear to be a rather difficult proposition currently; when its long term advantages are gone into the benefits of
a loose federation would outweigh any negatives. Europe would then become the centre point of global security.
Setting up of planetary agencies for the revival of the Planet Earth
What is envisaged is the setting up of a collective trillion dollar** planetary fund under the aegis of the UN possibly along the lines of say WHO with the charter to:
- Ocean Revival
- preservation of species under threat of extinction
- Time bound change over to non Fossil fuels
- Assisting the poorest nations against ravages of climate change
Paris Agreement of 2015 to become a binding agreement
Setting up five power power Space Agency comprising USA, China, Russia, India and the European Union for colonization of planets and
exploration of outer space beyond the lunar surface.
